TO ALL THE [MITCHELLS]LIKE MY FAMILY WHO ORRIGINATED FROM [SCOTLAND] My GT. GRANDFATHER [HUGH MITCHELL ]was born in Lanarkshire,Scotland 1836.He was a BOILERMAKER and he made his home in the docklands area of LONDON. I WOULD BE INTERESTED IN HIS LIFE IN SCOTLAND. I have tried to get [BIRTH CERTIFICATE]but am told I have not got enough information and without that you are never sure about the parents. He was married to [HANNAH CATON]and have searched ANCESTRY to get information to apply for certificate and had no luck.I would appreciate any help.
