I am trying to find out more information about my ancestor Andrew Mitchell who lived in Ramsburn in Rothiemay and died in 1864.
He was married to Isabella Keith and I believe that they had 8 sons - Isabella was also the mother of Alexander Gatherer. I think that Andrews mother was Martha Panton - I have no first name for his father and I can find no other information about his parents or siblings.
I would really appreciate any information anyone can offer as Andrew has become a full stop in my family tree and I would really like to trace the line further back.
