I am trying to find out about my gfather william nicholls. I know he wed lydia rothwell in 1910 in Ormskirk and then moved to Liverpool. He was a ropemaker then a plateman for the railway. His father was John a builder. I dont know his DOB or where he was born and whether or not he had any brothers or sisters. Any help gratefully received. |

The marriage cert will give you their ages and both father's names, and they should be able to be found on the 1901 census |
