Find Ancestors

Constance Parkhouse was the daugher of Ellen/Nelly and Charles Parkhouse and was orphaned in 1920. Have checked Marriage and deaths up to 1948 so far-and found nothing. Her older brother Charles was in an Orphanage (Don't know which one) and as an adult lived in Birmingham,

Did your family take in Little Constance? Her Birth date was May 6 1915 (According to her school record). Her older sister Margaret (Poss known as meg) is also Missing. She was born 22 May 1907 and would have been 13 when her mum died.

There is some thought (From Charles Grandaughers family) that she may have stayed in the westcountry as they used to visit an old lady called Meg-This may not be her though its only a possibility.
Please if you can help-or have any suggestions how I can find out what happened to them please get in otuch.

Constance 'sSchool record in April 1920 simply said the date last attended and -'left the district' the date given her mum was still alive but obviously not expected to recover-and died 3 weeks later.

Have you tried Quick Search at the top of the page. There is one Constance Parkhouse with date 1912 but no place, yours and once other with 1915 Exeter.
