Does anyone have Thomas William Payne in their tree. This person may still be alive today so I am treating this request with the utmost delicacy. Thomas William mother would have been Lily Amy Louisa nee Burton. She would have died when Thomas was about 18 months old. His father would have been Frank William Charles Payne who subsequently went on to marry again, in London. Thomas William Payne would be my mum's cousin. He may have been brought up in Gloucestershire by his grandmother after his own mother's death. Any information will be treated in the strictest confidence. Sandra Lashbrook |
