Member Since: February 2006 Posts: 5 Send Message	Lil (as she was known) was my grandmother born in Adelaide South Australia but her father John William Payne was born in England Canningtown as recorded on her birth certificate. The records show many J W Paynes but none born in Cannington. Apparently the eldest daughter was always called Lilias Eileen, does anyone recognise the name? Cheers Soosie
