PICKFORD/SIME Do you have the above names in your family? after many many years of trying to find my Grandmother Lena Pickford I have just found information that in 1928 Lena Pickford stayed with a family in Longsight, Manchester for only one year, that family was Walter Charles and Edith Sime. This information is a great step forward for me because my mother also has the name Sime on her birth certificate but not as a surname. As I do not have the birth date of Lena or it could be Selina or Helena. If any GR member has any suggestions please contact me. |
