Member Since: January 2005 Posts: 10 Send Message	Looking for BERNICE CECILIA REGAN born in Oct 1930 we think in Western Australia in Perth. Her father was Edward Regan. She had two sisters, Desma Regan and Colleen Regan. She married John Oliver Clarke and later, Albert Smith. She had 4 children. Any help wold be appreciated
