Not really strange Mikie, as she was 20yrs old in 1841 and most girls over the age of 15yr. would have been married or in service in those days.

Yes it seems a bit strange that i cannot find any ties with her parents or siblings on the census.

There's also this that could be a death of wife Ann:-

she gives birth place as Emsworth as Lucy does in some census records, so looks to be the correct family.

Thanks for that cathrine.I have lucy as having a sister sarah stone(Riall) 1809 but maybe it could be her aunt.
