I would like information about my Nan and Grandads death certificate.My Grandad's name was Walter James Roberts born around 1908 to 1910 and died in Birmingham.My Nan's name was Ivy don't know her maiden name. she was born aound 1908 to1910.I'm not really sure when they both died' my Nan probably 1986 to1988.My Grandad probably 1976 to 1978

With the surname of Roberts this will be a bit hard

Are they your Mum or Dads parents........What you can find out is when the eldest child was born & they will narrow the marriage down a bit

If you know the birth date of your mother or father - (whichever one is the child of your nan and grandad) - then their birth certificate will have your nan's maiden name on it.

Thanks for all your help everyone,wouldn't of got this far without you.Got all my Nan's information sorted out now, just going through my Grandad's right now,it was getting quite frustrating. Trying to find my mum's marriage details now, not finding that easy. Brenda Mavis Arkwell married to James Pope, don't know anything about him. Mum's D.O.B. 12/12/37.
