Clara was a sutton when she registered john/joseph birth but was a russell when she died. |

Can anyone help with information on my grandfather john joseph or joseph john sutton or russell. He was born to a clara Russell nee cairns in 1909 the only information we have on his father is a baptism record (sacred heart Hall Lane Liverpool) naming his father as john sutton. Unfortunatly we cannot find any record of a birth certificate. his mother died in 1918 and he was placed in st Edwards orphanage were he remained for the next 5yrs. He later married my grandmother ann dorothy Butler (Dolly) in 1932 |
