He is in my family tree simply as G.Sandford but I remember being told his name was George. I only have the date of his death which was 29th July 1956. I would love to know more about him . I believe he was married and possibly had children. I believe he lived in or near Southall around 1939.

Had a look on ancestry to find his death record (which would give his age), but there's no entry for a G Sandford in 1956.

How did you find the exact date of his death and have you bought the death cert to see what information is given on there re his name, the informant and his given date of birth?
