Trying too find details of the birth of Sarah Middleton-Barrow,Leics c1935 and her parents / silblings / decendents.

The 1841 census shows
Ann Middleton (nee Cenden) 35 as head of household. Do we know who her husband was & what happened to him?
Also, was William, the brother of Ann's husband?
