Member Since: June 2007 Posts: 46 Send Message	Alice Saul, father Richard, mother Ann Jane Pugh, born 1901 at 59 Bidder street Liverpool. I have found a Richard in 1901 census living at the same address but the lady living there is a widow name Ann Brown. I can't find a marriage for Richard. Can anyone Help? James Davison

Member Since: March 2003 Posts: 720 Send Message	James found this marriage Lancashire Marriage indexes for the years: 1888 Surname Forename(s) Surname Forename(s) Church / Register Office Registers At Reference PUGH Hannah J BROWN Edward Everton, St. Augustine Liverpool 2046WD/5/27 the Freebmd site gives her full name as Hannah Jane and the marriage was registered at West Derby in the June quarter of 1888. Lots of Hannahs called themselves Ann. Maybe she wasn't really a widow so couldn't marry Richard.?
