Hello, When my great aunt died we found she had kept many family ' Death Cards ' , these were probably given out when someone died. I have been able to account for all but two of these. I have a WILLIAM SHIELDS , died 16th Aug 1942 , aged 75 and also a ELLEN SHIELDS , died 23rd June 1940 , aged 79. Both were laid to rest in Edmonton Cemetery, London. I haven't a clue who these two are. If anyone has any info I would love to hear from you. Thanks. Maria.

Hi Maria
I have 2 William SHIELDS. One born 1823, Lanark, Scotland and no further info. The other born 1873, Dalziel, Scotland. Also no further info, Either could have ended up in London. Do you have an age when they died?
