Hi,I had a grandfather named Robert Somerville, Weir may have been his father. I have very limited info on the Somerville family. My grandfather Robert married Violet Peacock, probably in the 1920's. They had three daughters Mary, Margaret,and Deborah. I am the daughter of Deborah. Robert was from a family of three - two sisters Mary and Jessie. His mother's maiden name was Macadam(don't know correct spelling). Maybe some of this will be of help to you. Regards Anne
