Hi, I have my Great Great Grandmothers birthday book, her name was Frances Spicer, she married Charles Turner, they were possibly both born in Frome, Somersetshire. Later living in Portsmouth. Charles Turner was in the navy. They had one son Charles William Turner, born October 1896 in Portsmouth. Names of other Spicers in the birthday are: Charlie 1893 George Willie Ella 1890 Alice Charley Richard Another surnames that appears is Parker,Manning, Attawell, Backshall, Hallot, Amos, Dawkins, Marlow. Francis Spicers mothers birthday is entered as Mar 12th. no year. Another full entry is Raymond Lawana Wellspring born Portsmouth 1924. Does any of this ring any bells with anyone please? |
