This John's place of birth is listed as Windermere, England. He's a joiner?

No,the one i'm looking for was born in notts jack of all trades by the looks of it ;-)

on the image that has Elsie it says her brother paid her passage but I can't read much else.Can you see it clearer?

No,all her family stayed in Paulton.Her father insisted she went,can't remember the name of the young women's group she went with at the moment(or the name of the family),have it written down somewhere!Also on her second journey to canada she says she's coming back to England when she had no intention of returning.
It's given me plenty to think about :-)
