Member Since: September 2006 Posts: 1 Send Message	Hello, I am trying to find my birth mother Elizabeth Thompson who was living in the Yarm area of Stockton on Tees during 1979-the year I was born. I was born Emma Michael Thompson in March 1979, and was transferred to Newcastle's Freemans Hospital shortly after because of heart condition.Soon after this I was adopted. If anybody knows anything of my birth mother or my adoption please contact me. Thanks Emma :)
