let me explain!!
William henry Brobyn was my Grandmothers Father and his Father was john t brobyn. and it was his marriage cert i sent for, and i did find the marriage of his mother and father who were john t brobyn to emma rebbecca jones.

You said you had sent for the marriage certificate of John Brobyn, and got one that had his wife as Mary Ann

But you wanted it to be John Brobyn and Emma Rebecca

NOW you're saying it was John T Brobyn's marriage certificate you sent for:--

Sorry Linda but you have ordered the wrong cert.

i am trying to make out some sence of the marriage cert that i have received. which is defanatly for john t brobyn and emma rebecca brobyn and thats was the one i sent for because it said that was who my grandfathers parents were , i hope this explains it a bit better.

I think the marriage cert you have in your hand is for John Brobyn & Mary Ann Penn who married in 1872.

i shall order the other cert for 1874 emma rebecca jones&john thomas brobyn tonight. i will also order one of childrens do you think that will be right.
