Unfortunately, I can only check marriages up to 1942 and there were no K. Almond's marrying Margaret anyone.. So I guess your grandparents were married after this timm.

Also unfortunately, I can only check births up to 1920, so could not get your grandfathers birth details.
Even the Electoral roll info is only up to 1936, and only those over 21 were registered

However as an immediate family member you should be able to get your fathers death certificate & his birth certificate, if you know the exact date. This should give you his mothers full name and then maybe you would be able to get his parents marriage certificate.
His death certificate shoul list all his children, so at least you would know the names of the people that you are looking for.

If you then post this info. we should be able to help you trace the family back further

Unfortunately, all these events are all to recent to be able to access the info easily.

Hi Eileen
I will give you everything I know (which isn't that much).
My father Kenneth Graeme Almond born 1945 in Victoria died 1986 in Townsville, QLD, he served in the army.
His father was K Almond (I am assuming Ken also) he was born approx 1923. He lived at 10 Falk Ave, Keon Park Victoria in 1975.
Mother was Mrs Margaret Almond born approx 1924. lived at 6/239 Rathmine St, Fairfield Vic in 1977
then 179 Erroll St, North melbourne vic in 1981-83
My Dad had three sisters, all younger and one had a baby born in 1967 or 68.
I know my Dad's details, but its his parents, sisters and beyond that I am after.
sorry I haven't got any more details, but I've had no contact with them since I was two.
Thank you very much for your assistance.

I am trying to find my Almond relations in Australia, mainly Victoria. My father is Kenneth Graeme Almond, his father was K Almond and mother was Margaret. My Dad had three sisters, one had a child born not long after me in 67/68.
