Unfortunately the only registers i have for Marylebone are marriage registers and i have nothing at all for Bishopsgate.
The only marriage for Squire that i can find prior to Ann's birth in 1795 in Marylebone is this one

Oct 2 1788 Richard Squier, b, and Ann Taylor (x), w, by M.B, wit: William Berry, Sarah Onion (?)

Without her baptism though its just guesswork. Sorry to not be more help

Thank you for your kind offer. I am researching Ann Squires born abt 1795 Mary-Le-Bone London. She married Nehemiah Clarke 16.5.1811, St Botoloph without Bishopsgate, London. She had several children all of whom were baptised in Whittlesey, Cambridgeshire, Nehemiah's birthplace. She died before 1832 as Nehemiah remarried a Rebecca. (They had their first child abt 1832.) Can you find details of Ann's birth and parents,siblings etc? Whatever you can find would be much appreciated as this is as far as I can get with her.
