If this is Emma in 1851, we know that she isn't married yet. She's only about 10 |

The other possibility would be that perhaps Emma was married before? |

Are you sure it's Brennan and not Brown? |

Could this be the record? There is only one female. |

Hi All,I've been trying to find a marriage between John Brennan & Emma Griffin about 1856 in Derby, but have had no success just wondering if they ever did marry ! ! although she's on the 1861 & 1871 census's she's down as Emma Brennan, but can't find her in the 1881 or 1891 census's but she's still alive in in 1895 as she's mentioned in her daughter's death inquest in that year.Their eldest child was born 1857 so i would say they got married (if at all ) about that time. If anyone can help find their marriage or Emma on the 1881 & 1891 census it would be appreciated. |
