Mum and Dad both born in Sutton (?) Notts. Father Labourer as are the oldest three boys.

He is down as Elvin on the 1891 and 1901 census, but marriage is Edward Parkin!!
I was hopeful for his parents on the earlier census, but thanks for looking.
