Pamela

Pamela Report 11 Sep 2008 20:54

Oh boy, you're going to wish you'd never asked that!
How are you on burials! I only found the Gee and Worrall families 1 week ago as we hadn't been able to find my grandmother's birth certificate. That arrived today so I've been hard at it since I got home from work.
If you have any clues as to dates of death I'd be very grateful. In fact...anything!

Samspade

Samspade Report 11 Sep 2008 20:55

The burial disc isn't so good, it doesn't have all the area's on and is a bit hit and miss with the dates it goes up to. I'll have a look and see if I can find anyone.

Samspade Report 11 Sep 2008 21:01

I've just remembered I didn't give you the addresses for the baptisms of George and Sarah Worrall's children
they were living at Leenside for the first three.
just noticed george has a different occupation and address for Edwards baptism so maybe he isn't yours.
6 leenside when caroline was baptised and Lees Yard for william herbert.Robert was 40 Malt Mill Lane

There are only twenty nine burial records for the name of worrall starting from 1796 up to 1884 no luck there.

Thank you so much for looking. Appreciate all your help. One last question...George Worrall married Sarah Ann in about 1872...anything on your discs with her maiden name? Very cheeky of me to ask!

Don't mention the Smith's..My husband is a Smith as was his father and mother. I don't fancy having to untangle that lot!
Anyway, once more thanks for all your help. I'm off to pack for work and toddle off to bed. Think I need a lie down in a darkened room! So much information to take in.
