If he WAS born in the June quarter then he would show as 1877 on the 1881 census.

I'm confused with these details, are you connected to the William Stanley Parker we found with parents William and Elizabeth?

Do you think William Stanley Parker's father is related to Mary in the workhouse from a family story?

You have put the wrong birth years down for Louisa and William in the workhouse, it should be 1873 and 1877.

ozi bird the mary i am related to definatly was not married i believe that her being an unmarried mother was the reason why she entered the workhouse in the first place i have a cousin yvonne mary whose middle name was named after mary some of my relations arent in my family tree as i havent had the chance to go right through it yet

You need to get William Stanley Parker's birth cert to find his mother's name, and then find the marriage.

As Elizabeth wasn't born in Somerset and Parker is a common name it would only be a guess when and where the marriage took place as they usually married in the womans parish.

If this is the William you're connected to, it's probably not the same family in the workhouse.

No luck I'm afraid.

On the 1881 image it looks like Mary is still married.
