Possible 1881 census for Thomas a 1 year old.

If you order the marriage cert it will give details and confirm the fathers details.

I think you may have the wrong year of birth the Marriage to Winifred Smith is below

I am trying to find info on Thomas Bolton born 1899
he spent his adult life in Broughton Salford, he married winifred Smith from Salford. He worked in the copper works in Greengate.
They had 8 children. He died in WW1 and winifred re-married. I am trying to find where he was born
and his ancestry.
He was my grandfather.
can anyone shed a light please
