Hi, the marriage cert for James dixon and Elizabeth Carrick arrived today. I have what I need for now on James Dixon, but was a bit surprised to find Elizabeths father was called Christopher Carrick, he was a Brewer. he was deceased in 1874 when Elizabeths marriage took place, they were married in The Reg office Carlisle 1874. I have elizabeth on 1871 census, living with her son, as an unmarried mother. I would like to find her in 1841/51/61 with parents. |
