Its clear you dont understand what we are showing you.
The marriage register puts the names of the couples together.
So Ellen Gipp marries{Killock}

its a double check on who they wed.

we have the 1871 census with William & Martha on with some of the family then we have 1901 but can't find anything in the middle for the family

Not unusual that people dropped their first name and used their middle name instead. Maybe Jane wanted to change as she had a younger sister also called Mary?

yes I think this must be her. We can't seem to find anything on the census after that
