the only death i can find for a william bellamy in exeter,is this one in 1860 but you say he was on 1861 census.... |

the reason i have said john bellamy and he changed his name possibly is that in the 1861 census he is the right age from exeter and a seamon on a ship and there was no other john bellamys born in exeter 5 years either side of 1821 so it must be the same person but why change your name? |

She's the wife of Matthew as it is his name at the top of the heading. |

It's not William Thomas Bellamy who had the wife Mary in the 1st post by Kathleen, it's Matthew Bellamy. |
