Hi "Hoping"
This is rather interesting because the family did have a daughter Mary Kilgour, but as she was born (or actually Christened) in 1830, she wouldn’t be age 36. The arrival date seems a little early, but it's not impossible. The birth dates I have listed for the two sons are actually Christening dates, but I would say they are close to the birth dates. David Kilgour and Martha (Porter) were married in 1829.

Son: John Kilgour b: 1845
Emigrated to America - Maryland from England in approximately 1852.
