They are together in 1881 census RG11 Piece:1538 Folio:67 Page:2 Potterspury Charles married Susannah Land Jun 1889 and they are together in 1891 census RG number:12 Piece:1190 Folio:40 Page:9 Potterspury

Member Since: December 2002 Posts: 11 Send Message	Hi janette, Thats interesting, So I wonder what happend to Ambroses wife Emma as he was a widower, could Emma have run off with her daughter Agnes and later married John Harsley ?? - or am I pushing too much for something like that ?? But I still am unable to find a marriage for Emma Barley and John Harsley, and he was also shown as unmarried on the 1871 census - when hes supposed to be married to Emma and have a daughter, Agnes. somethings missing here !

Did Emma run off with Agnes ??? ------ The Harsleys would of been in london in 1886 as the last child _ Arthur was born in london in 1883 ish

	Can I suggest you cut and paste these results onto your word processor or something and build yourself a time line to see who is where when. \that may make things a little clearer. Just because I have not found something does not mean it is not there, I have had wild and woolly mistranscriptions, ancestors who age 4 years in 10, at least 2 with marriages to the same person in different years, children of 4 down as married,sex changes and all sorts.

I've noticed the moving ages, I also had a Birth and a Christening 3 years apart for the same person and his age moved 4 years over a 20 year span - nightmare, I always need to double check to make sure I'm looking at the same person. Thanks for your help

I Emaild a guy that had Ambrose William Bull in his tree - he has records that Ambrose married Emma BAILEY, not Barley. Hmmmm. still who is the farther is of Agnes - unless there is another John Harsley born at the same time, ha the same occupation has the same brother, with the same age difference between them ???- I could go on. Will keep searching !
