You're best bet would be the get his M/C as that will give you his age, dads name & occupation...Then you'll be able to pick him up on the census |

I'm trying to find any details on John Atkinson, born about 1850, probably in the Huddersfield area. He married Sarah & had 3 children: Annie b1873 Normanton, William b1875 Lockwood and Albert b1877 Lockwood. He must have died soon after Albert was born as Sarah re-married Charles Bell in 1880 in Huddersfield and had 3 more children to him (Emma, Harry & Ernest). |
