Do you have the marriage certificates for the Billingtons? Need to know the names of the parents of the partners, to find them on census returns.

Can't find a marriage of Frederick and Sarah.

hiya can anyone help me find a few ppl plz
1) Frederick Naylar 1823 born Surrey, he married Sarah Billington l am intrested in who frederick mom and dad and siblins will be.
2) Selina Richards 1837 from the stoke on trent area she married James Billington, l am intrested in who selina mom and dad are and siblins.
3) Levi Stevenson 1839 born in the stoke on trent area he married Hannah Billington, again l am intrested in who is mom and dad and siblins are.

can anyone help me find these parentrs and siblins
