i have sent you an email , Leslie Ventham Howell was my farther the bakery company was L S Howell ltd Lewis Samuel and Louise Ventham were my grandparents my dad had me very late in life he was 55 i have a load of other info if your interested

This Lewis is a Pastry Chef but to be sure it is the same Lewis, you need either LEslie's birth certificate or check the 1911 Census for Lewis S Howell's occupation.
