M.J. reg. annie,s birth could she be six at her mothers death and her sisters birth

I cant find a death of Thomas within 9 months of Annie's birth.
Only Mum is on Arthurs birth cert.This is what made me think. because she was dead before Annie was Reg. this was done by sister age?????

Sorry to dampen you but that annie born 1896 mine 1895 you will find her in a workhouse in 1901 with Arthur ( this is where we found him because she had talk of having a brother) we have her in 1911

No name was given which makes me wonder she lied about being married to Thomas . She marked Arthurs birth with a cross.

I have got my grandmothers birth cert. born Annie Postlethwaithe,3sept1895 reg 1st nov1895 by her "sister" M.J.Postlewaite.her mother Charlotte Emma died on October27.
I have death cert for charlotte emma,
birth cert.Annie plus Arthur 12 may 1893
Mum formerly McKinstry
I have tracked Annie and Arthur in a workhouse and then Annie in a home. Sorry this is all in Barrow.

Arthur went to Canada to work with and live with his brother in law ( on census)Sarah ann must be another sister but was she a postlewaite or McKinstry
Charlotte died aged 35yrs. so I think she had some other children apart from Arthur and Annie but what name did they come under
