maureen thats the 1911 census l have on john its just a sad story. this is why l asked for advice to link up the family to adam jessop kilner in 1901 census michelle

it is so strange may kilner was boarded out to a sophia dyson vicarage cottage babraham cambrigeshire may was took to the home on 23 6 1911 she was sent to a training home michelle

may kilner b 1896
johnkilner b 1900
clara kilner b1903
fred kilner b 1904
there mother jane died 0n 13/12/1904 john and may were put into care but fred died 23/2/1905 he also wasnt reg at birth. lve had email from the childrens home. clara 1903 didnt go into the home she was looked after by a woman called mrs wilkinson so was fred. l have janes d/c and it was mrs wilkinson who reg it l have all the census in 1911 michelle

no margaret b/c were never found for the two children the b/c l found and sent for were wrong. john kilner born 1900 is my husbands grandfather he also tried to get his b/c but nothing l have lots of info just need to piece it together michelle

Curious, Michele! On the 1901 census Jane E. is working as a charwoman. Looks to me as if husband deserted her. But you say she had another child in 1903? Also the previous 2 children had to have been registered, it was mandatory at that time.

The two children living with there mother in the 1901 census were never reg at birth, l did find two indexes and sent of for those but they werent the right ones. there was another child born 13/12/1903 her name was clara have her b/c mothers name was jane elizabeth kilner but theres no father listed michelle

Hello,
John william kilner married jane elizabeth white on 21/9 1890 cant find any census with them living together. but l have found jane e kilner in 1901 census aged 30 living with the lang family and two other children living with her l have lots of info but l would like someones advice before l add the info to my tree regards michelle

On the 81 census brother-in-law Abraham Taylor's wife is Emma so presume this is the marriage, making Adam's wife Eliza Butterworth Jagger.
