How certain are you that the 1901 that was posted originally on here is not the right man? Just wondering how similar the occupations are - it says packer of some sort on that 1901

The older children in 1911 could belong to the wife - suggesting second marriage for him

Wifes name: Mary Young c.1867 born Kennington London

occupation:Foreman export packer

children:elizabeth 1892, Emily 1899, Alfred 1902, Herbert 1905,
Violet 1907, Harry 1910

All born Walworth, london with Harry being born Dulwich.

I've no idea who his parents where Marion,

Wrong one Starr.. although he did end up in London (before 1892) I can't find the family before the 1911 census.
