Don't worry about it Mark it was when I was trying to match the names you listed. Margartet Jane Ellison had a brother called Thomas. I will delete it to avoid confusion |

It's 1871. Finding a positive hit for his birth is proving a problem. I checked Ada his sister and she was registered South Shields as Ada Ellison Mowat so you would think that Thomas would be the same. The only option is the one posted by Andrew which was registered in Tynemouth. There could have been a reason for it but you won't know if it's him or not unless you risk £7 and order it. |

Mark, you're getting bombarded with info & becoming confused. You need to cut and paste it in chronological order. You can do this either electronically into something like Notepad, or print out this thread, then do it physically. |
