Yes in answer to your 1st question..it looks like it though i couldn't see a birth for Emily ( Fredericks Mum)

Emily Brooks and Abel Peters are the other couple that married & are in the same Qtr

If Emily Elizabeth EASTON's maiden name was TOWNSEND then I think Frederick William EASTON/BISHOP's father's name was Harry Faithfull EASTON.

I can bring up all the Bishops in Maidstone but i don't know who will be in what house hold though but...

If that is the correct marriage then this might be some of them
