sorry. ok here we go
francis boddy was born in 1900 ( the one im looking for now). he got married in 1927 to a margaret newton and they had a child in 1928 named francis boddy (who i was asking about the other day) then unfortunately margaret newton died that year and he then married my nan elizabeth ann hall/mccarthy in 1932.
the francis boddy im looking for had a dad called john boddy and unsure of the mums name, ( lavery or conley) it may even be something else!! so that why im stuck their is no record i can find

Vanessa, in your earlier posting you said that Francis was born in 1928, mother Margaret (Newton) - is this a different Francis Boddy and if so, what is the relationship?
I'm confused as to whether you're looking or Boddy or Lavery?

his fathers name was john boddy and his profession was tarmacadam works

This could be him in 1911, have you viewed the transcription?

no christine did not find the right one as he was not named francis ernest boddy. it was francis boddy or francis matthew boddy

so is the birth Christine found the right one?

can some one please give me the household names of francis lavery 1901 cencus. i need to know the names who were living with him at the time as i think this is my grandad and he would of been 1 years old at the time. but he should of been calle francis boddy but given his mothers name instead.
