	born where? ww1 didnt start until 1914 - he'd have been getting on a bit!

Member Since: January 2009 Posts: 3 Send Message	I am looking for any information on James Phillip Dalton Pawsey born about 1856 i believe he was in the royal navy in ww1 and won a vc any information of his military records will be great. He was born in chelsea
