I cant find a death for Richard, I know you think he passed in 1905? If he did this could be a second marriage for Elizabeth??

Yes i have been told that elizabeth remarried , thank you so much x.It is possible the date for richard s death could be out slightly but i find it strange that i can not find any information about this .

And nobody seems to have found Richard on any census???

A birth cert for one of the children should tell you the mothers maiden name.

I am not sure that it is Richard Tipper , there is a death for him I think 1914 and a death of infant the year after Richard Tipper married....

I really think buying one of the definite birth certs is crucial...
