Thank you for your continued interest and time. Yes Jane, Amelia AND Hannah seem to have married steven's boys, I think Hannah was married to James but haven't found out if he was a brother as well! Interesting stuff isn't it.

if they are london ones you can normally see the marriage and baptisms on ancestry 1813-1906 baptisms and 1754-1921 marriages if I am right

Is it possible you've misread Hier on the birth certificate, could it be Mier.

Just found the marriage on ancestry, it was St. Leonard's, Shoreditch, Christmas Day,
Robert Samuel Stevens, 22,bachelor, gasman or barman@, 9 Union St., father Walter Stevens.
Jane Mier, 22, spinster, 9 Long St., father Frederick Mier.
both signed. Witnesses: Henry William Stevens (signed) and Amelia Mier (signed).

I looked at the original, definitely Mier not Hier.
Robert Samuel was a carman, 9 Union St., his father a pewterer. Jane's address was 9 Long St., her father was a bootmaker. Witnesses were Henry William Stevens & Amelia Mier.
