Find Ancestors

Hello :)
I'm looking for the mother of my ancestor Susan Waller. She was born in 1861 in Bermondsey to a James Waller (according to her marriage certificate) however I don't think she was on the 1861 census and by 1871 she was living with her uncle and his wife. Her uncle was called William John Delivett (Spelling could be different) and he was born in Shoreditch.

I presume that the mother's name must of been *unknown* Delivett however I can't find a marriage between a James waller and Delivett.. if anyone could help me find her it would be fantastic!

Perhaps Williams wife was Susan's mothers sister.

Have you found her birth please. the census says Middx Bermondsey but that can also come under Surrey.

The mother's name could have been the same as Mrs Delivett pre-marriage - i.e. 2 sisters marrying, one to a Waller, the other to a Delivett.

Could be possible that it was William's wife that was the blood relation to Susan.. but I can't find a marriage for him and his wife Mary anne to get a surname.
& I think that is Susan's birth registration.

Wjat was the father James's occupation on the marriage cert and who were the witnesses......... this may help with the search.

James Waller was a bricklayer, Francis Rickard was a shoe maker.
