I live near Billingshurst and there are still folk called Ireland living there. Maybe you could get their details from 192.com or BT.com and write to ask them if they know anything.

Hi; Ireland`s
having got married to a Ireland I have been tracing the family tree. I am hoping some one out there knows of a Maurice, Willoughby. Ireland born November 1869 married to Catherine,Helin, Catching they lived at a House called
\ Highfure / in Billinghurst West Sussex they also have a family Crest \ AMOUR ET PAX / love and Peace.
