I dont quite understand Patricia , you have the birth cert but guess he was born 1870? It's a a bit of a mystery.

His birth cert should give his exact date of birth, parents names and father's occupation if known.Can you share it with us and say what you want us to find out about him please ?

trying to find james white who lived in sturgis street st saviour southwark,dob at a guess 1870 + wild ask but someone may know him the above info is all i have to go on sorry
