*** alviegal *** ..........just to let you know what a small world it is - read-on !

Francis Robbins ( born 1870 ) who emigrated to Canada with - & then married - Jane Ward ( born 1872 ) , well it turns out that Jane was the older sister of Priscilla " Kate " Ward ( born 1884 ) - who married Francis' younger brother Christopher Robbins ( born 1876 ) - the couple from my earlier post !

I found Jane with the same parents as Kate's ( on 1881 census )...a small world indeed !

Well, it certainly is a small world isn't it!
This family is certainly keeping you on your toes with all their goings on. It's a shame we can't get more 'in-depth' information about their everyday lives, just what's on bits of paper.
Still, they're certainly not a boring lot!
Thanks for letting me know.

George and Elizabeth were my great great grandparents. Their daughter, Winifred, died aged 14 and i visited the large gravestone with all of their names inscribed, and have a photograph if you are interested.
