Wendy...You still havent listed any names..but try this ...may give you everything you wanted to know providing it is the correct family....Takes you back to the 1600's.

Wendy...You need to be looking at the Co Galway for fFrench (with preceding f)
You will find 5/6 families ..English and US born.
Do you want to post names etc.

You can search the 1901 and 1911 Irland census for free.

Looking for info on the French family from Ireland around 1850 -1900. May have been spelled Ffrench . Possibly from French Park Roscomman area .
