Just looking at the 1911 index there doesn't seem to be an Annie Pass listed in the right area...nor mother Maria...

If Maude and Maria are two different people it is making Albert even more of a rogue!

For what it's worth, I just don't see why Maude would call herself Maria! I do think Maria is another woman myself. I too have looked for Annie Pass but can't see her 1911. Worth considering I think.

OH!! and double OH! lol

I have just looked on trees on Ancestry and there is a Maria Pass birth as below...and her mothers name is the same maiden name as Maude's mother.... !

brummiejan Report 28 Jul 2010 22:27

I assume you mean as above! Very interesting. What's going on there then? Sister of Maude do we think?
I can't see it but no matter!

Is this her birth do you think?

Births Mar 1883 (>99%)
Pass Maria Holage Sleaford 7a 485

EDIT more likely to be a cousin maybe?

This is from the 1911 census

MORRELL, Maud Wife Married F 31 1880 Grimsby VIEW

Interestingly next to Morell is initials a e. then crossed out
Maud says she has been married ten years and no children born but no husband listed either. She has signed it Mrs A E Morrell.

The trouble with a few of those trees Sylvia is that they have the wrong Albert lol...certainly as far as his death goes...oddly enough there was another Murrell family in the area but un-connected to mine.
